We want to ensure that each and every guest has a great experience so we ask that the following policies please be followed.
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client's appointment is not delayed. Please understand that I cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to a late arrival. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
24 hour cancellation policy. 50% total service price will be charged for any appointments cancelled after the 24 hour cut off. 100% charged for same day cancellation or no show.
Exceptions for illnesses are on a case by case basis.
Reschedules must be made 48 hours or more before scheduled appointments in order to avoid any late cancellation fees.
For Facial and Facial Waxing Clients : Please make sure you are off of topical prescription meds for 14 days prior to scheduled appointments. If you’ve had any Botox or fillers you must wait 14 days post injection before receiving any facial or facial waxing service. Please make appointments accordingly.
You are encouraged to pre-book your appointment(s) as last minute availability is not often possible. We offer both online booking and/or you can always call, text or use the CONTACT section to email your appointment request. If the preferred time isn't available it is because that time is already reserved. Please note all appointment requests are returned during business hours.
To minimize potential No Shows or Last Minute Cancellations that do not allow enough time to book another guest, a credit card on file is required for all new appointments. Your credit card is not charged unless the Cancellation Policy is not honored.
Walk-ins are accepted, but are not guaranteed.
We encourage early arrival if you wish to unwind and relax with a complimentary cup of tea or a glass of wine.
Please be sure to complete the New Client Consultation Form under the New Clients tab a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment.
You may also be asked to update your information if you have any changes to your routine or medications, to best serve you.
Arch and Arrow Brow Den is located inside of Latitude 33 Hair Artistry salon. I am a solo esthetician and I book clients back to back. Please check in with a receptionist at the front desk and they will let me know you have arrived. Feel free to browse the salon and enjoy a refreshment.

General health information is collected to provide a safe and healthy environment for my clients, to insure continuity of information from one visit to the next, and to best assist in customizing treatments based on individual needs, particularly if there are medical issues or allergies which could have contraindications for certain products or services. Your health information can be updated annually or at your convenience. No service is provided without a detailed consultation.
MINORS & CHILDREN
Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent to their appointment.
Sanitation is always a priority. we use hospital grade sterilants and virucides to thoroughly disinfect and clean all tools and equipment. If an item cannot be thoroughly sterilized it is thrown away after use. With that being said, if you are sick please refrain from coming in and reschedule your appointment. If you need to use the restroom please wash your hands before your appointment (it may go without saying, but I pride myself on keeping my space clean and germ free for your safety, as well as my own and other clients).
Cash is preferred, but we also accept all major credit cards. Prices are subject to change. Gratuities are not included
GRATUITIES & TIPPING
Gratuities are entirely at your discretion and are not included in the price of services or gift certificates. The industry standard in the spa/salon service industry is 20-30%. Though never expected, gratuities are always appreciated.
